**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to lead Omnichannel projects or the Omnichannel section of projects within a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultations on Omnichannel and digital marketing aspects.
- Lead Omnichannel projects or the Omnichannel section of projects as part of a cross-functional team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to prepare client proposals.
- Work within Marketing Automation platforms and similar tools.
- Design and construct Customer Journeys.
- Build, execute, and monitor digital campaigns for optimal results.
- Streamline workflow with the Campaign Manager.
- Monitor marketing campaigns for timely bug detection and errors.
- Prepare initial reports on campaign results.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing.
- Expertise in other communication channels (sms, messengers, webinars, etc.).
- Familiarity with enterprise-level Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce marketing cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Oracle Eloqua or similar).
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and services integration (API, databases).
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills.
- A proactive approach with a desire to continuously learn and develop.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a collaborative work environment.
**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year (dependent on experience).
