Requirements
- Language Skills: Excellent Spanish and English language skills, with a minimum C1 level for both languages.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience in logistics or transportation.
- Critical Thinking: Logical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex issues.
- Attitude: Positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Equipment: Personal laptop or computer (preferably Windows laptop with 16Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
Preferred Qualifications
- CRM Experience: Experience with CRM systems and standard logistics software.
- Programming Skills: Proven knowledge in writing code, preferably in Python.
