We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Representative to join our team at Webfleet Solutions. As a key member of our global Bridgestone Mobility Solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the complete customer life-cycle, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring seamless adoption and expansion of our solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, to identify upsell opportunities and ensure a great customer experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to the organization to drive process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technological solutions.
- Business acumen and commercial understanding, with experience in sales and customer success.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Fluent in Dutch and professional business English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
