About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Consumer business team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales team in obtaining and keeping customers by performing administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer complaints and questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Create new customer demand and develop strategies to increase sales
  • Set up pricing of products and complete files with all invoices of customers
  • Approve dispute cases for invoices and check and solve issues on invoices of customers
