**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team to achieve their goals and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:**
- Develop and execute long-term sales plans for assigned customers, ensuring alignment with IFF's objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customer presentations, providing market intelligence and developing creative slides.
- Manage projects from setup to completion, including reviewing and following up on client or internal requirements, submissions deadlines, and updating project information.
- Request and manage technical documentation, including MSDS, PDS, IFRA, and allergens, via Clover upon customer or sales representative request.
- Coordinate with Creative Centers in Neuilly and Hilversum, including PC, GRA, Shipping, and other teams.
**Requirements:**
- 1 year of experience in the perfumery industry, ideally.
- Passion for product development in industries such as cosmetics, fragrances, home care, or laundry care.
- Business and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and coordinate activities with internal support teams and customers.
- Open-mindedness, active listening, and emotional selling skills.
- Well-developed negotiation skills.
- Marketing skills can be an advantage.
- Current driver's license.
