Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly Reports: Create and update weekly reports for the sales and marketing teams, analyzing data from our information system to identify trends and patterns.
- Data Analysis: Process and analyze billing, customer order, and sales data to provide actionable insights.
- Report Creation: Develop detailed reports and analysis to support sales team decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer data.
- Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reports to the sales teams.
- Orderbook Management: Monitor the orderbook to ensure timely delivery and coordination with our CSR team.
- Commission Calculation: Calculate agents' commissions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and report creation.
- Skills: Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience working with confidential information and data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, and data visualization software.
- Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills, ability to interpret complex data, and effective communication skills.
