Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team in executing and collaborating on long-term sales plans for assigned customers.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  1. Develop and Execute Sales Plans: Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales plans that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  2. Provide Market Intelligence: Supply market intelligence and creative slides to support customer presentations and drive sales growth.
  3. Project Coordination: Set up and manage projects in PUMA, review and follow up on project updates, and ensure timely submission of client or internal requirements.
  4. Sample Management: Request and manage samples for internal or external use.
  5. Documentation Management: Manage technical documentation, including MSDS, PDS, IFRA, and Allergens, via Clover upon customer or sales rep request.
  6. Communication and Collaboration: Direct contact with Creative Centers Neuilly & Hilversum, including PC, GRA, Shipping, and other teams.
Job Requirements:
  1. Experience: 1 year of experience in the perfumery industry, ideally.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in Spanish and English. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact and coordinate activities with internal support teams and customers.
