This position is with ABB, a leading employer and a member of Mygwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. As a Technical Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Measurement & Analytics Sales team and customers during the proposal process.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical advice and solutions to customers, channels, and Sales Specialists on ABB products, systems, and applications.
- Perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.
- Develop and maintain new sales opportunities and resolve specific customer problems; ensure achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Ensure the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.
- Highly skilled in working with instrumentation products in the Water, Energy, Chemical, O&G markets.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Support and direct contact with customers.
- Working with Instrumentation such as Flowmeters, Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, and Level Transmitters.
- Possessing enhanced knowledge of Sales force, SAP, and Office.
- Enjoying working as part of a team and having an analytical thinking and communicative approach.
- Having a precise and well-organized work style.
- A Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical degree, or similar.
- Being at ease communicating in Spanish and English.
- Holding a current work permit valid in Spain.
