Job Title: Gestor/A De Reservas

About the Role:

As a key member of our team at Holiday Chiclana S.C., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your primary focus will be on communicating with customers and property owners, utilizing your excellent language skills to facilitate smooth interactions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in identifying their ideal holiday villa or apartment, managing availability, pricing, and advertising of our properties.
  • Administer bookings, prepare contracts, and maintain the booking process, including monitoring deposits and payments.
  • Maintain our website and connections with portal partners, such as Airbnb, VRBO, Rentalia, and Booking.


Requirements:

  • Advanced level in spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the tourism industry.
  • Excellent computer and internet skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and situations with a pleasant and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong teamwork, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Friendly, patient, and empathetic customer-oriented attitude.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hold a current driving license and reside within 20 minutes of La Barrosa, Chiclana.
