Job Summary:
Ubisoft Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled QC Lead to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our mobile games.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in our games.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and production, to identify and prioritize quality assurance needs.
- Design and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure the quality of our games.
- Identify and report defects and issues to the development team, and work with them to resolve these issues.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and results.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance, and implement these in our processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Excellent knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns.
- Experience with quality assurance tools and software, such as JIRA and TestRail.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
