Job Title: Global Quality LIMS and BPO Lead

As a Global Quality LIMS and BPO Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping our quality control and business process operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead the implementation of LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in our labs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business solutions for our QC labs.
  • Define the scope of solutions within projects and propose improvements based on QC labs needs and best practices.
  • Ensure full compliance to GxP regulations for digital and non-digital continuous improvement solutions deployed.
  • Analyze stakeholder needs in projects, including validation needs.
  • Ensure key users are properly trained and responsible for their activities.
Requirements:
  • College or University Degree in Science.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Deep knowledge of Quality Control, GMPs, and analytical requirements.
  • Experience with LIMS software (preferably Labvantage solution).
  • Professional level in English.
  • Computerized System validation skills.
  • Listening, analyzing, and negotiation skills.
