Job Title: Global LIMS Business Process Owner

Galderma is a leading dermatology company that is committed to advancing the field through innovation and excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global LIMS Business Process Owner to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing business objectives for our Quality Control Labs and LIMS systems. This will involve identifying and analyzing business solutions, defining the scope of solutions within projects, and proposing and deploying improvements based on QC labs needs and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Quality Control, GMPs, and analytical requirements, as well as experience with LIMS software (preferably Labvantage solution). They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in defining QC Labs and LIMS business objectives for 3 to 5 years
  • Identify and analyze business solutions for Galderma QC labs
  • Define the scope of solutions within projects
  • Propose and deploy improvements based on QC labs needs and best practices
  • Ensure full compliance to GxP regulations of digital and non-digital continuous improvement solutions deployed
  • Analyze the needs of stakeholders in projects, including validation needs
  • Ensure key users are properly trained
  • Responsible for Key Users activities

Skills & Qualifications:

  • College or University Degree in Science
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Deep knowledge of Quality Control, GMPs, and analytical requirements
  • Experience with LIMS software (preferably Labvantage solution)
  • Professional level in English
  • Computerized System validation skills
  • Listening, analyzing, and negotiation skills
