Global Quality LIMS and BPO Lead

As a Global Quality LIMS and BPO Lead, you will play a key role in supporting and influencing the decision-making process for LIMS management across our manufacturing sites. You will develop and deploy a digital strategy in our labs to improve efficiency and compliance.

This includes ensuring that our objectives align with our strategic direction and digital strategy, and that LIMS key users and Labs Managers are involved as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in defining QC Labs and LIMS business objectives for the next 3-5 years
  • Identify and analyze business solutions for Galderma QC labs
  • Define the scope of solutions within projects
  • Propose and deploy improvements based on QC labs needs and best practices
  • Ensure full compliance to GxP regulations for digital and non-digital continuous improvement solutions
  • Analyze stakeholder needs in projects, including validation needs
  • Ensure key users are properly trained
  • Responsible for Key Users activities
Requirements:
  • College or University Degree in Science
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Deep knowledge of Quality Control, GMPs, and analytical requirements
  • Experience with LIMS software (preferably Labvantage solution)
  • Professional level in English
  • Computerized System validation skills
  • Listening, analyzing, and negotiation skills
