Join Galderma as a Global Quality LIMS Lead

Galderma is a leading dermatology company with a strong presence in over 90 countries. We are seeking a highly skilled Global Quality LIMS Lead to join our team and contribute to our mission of advancing dermatology for every skin story.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in defining QC Labs and LIMS business objectives for the next 3-5 years.
  • Identify and analyze business solutions for Galderma's QC labs.
  • Define the scope of solutions within projects and propose improvements based on QC labs needs and best practices.
  • Ensure full compliance to GxP regulations for digital and non-digital continuous improvement solutions deployed.
  • Analyze stakeholder needs in projects, including validation needs.
  • Ensure key users are properly trained and responsible for their activities.

Requirements:

  • College or University Degree in Science.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Deep knowledge of Quality Control, GMPs, and analytical requirements.
  • Experience with LIMS software (preferably Labvantage solution).
  • Professional level in English.
  • Computerized System validation skills.
  • Listening, analyzing, and negotiation skills.
