About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our projects. Your expertise will be crucial in managing QA/QC Supervisors, inspecting sites, and collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage QA/QC Supervisors and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Inspect sites to guarantee adherence to quality guidelines
  • Attend mechanical completion tests, commissioning tests, and PAC tests
  • Monitor punch lists and ensure timely completion
  • Elaborate QA/QC guidelines for EPC contracts
  • Keep and manage As Built Documentation for smooth transition between teams
  • Report on quality awareness, issues, and statistics
  • Manage ACE homologation process for vendors and subcontractors
  • Update vendor and subcontractor lists
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC management in the renewable energy sector
  • Degree in engineering or comparable training with relevant additional qualifications
  • Previous experience in setting up and implementing QA/QC
  • Expertise in managing service partners and performing audits
  • Ability to lead complex projects across teams
  • Good communication skills for collaboration with technical managers, asset managers, and authorities
  • Fluent English level
  • Willingness to travel
