Quality Assurance Lead

Ubisoft Barcelona Mobile is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to join our team.
This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our games, working closely with the development team and external QC teams.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in consumer software quality control testing, excellent knowledge of bug life cycle, and ability to operate Android & iOS platforms without assistance.
They will also have excellent planning and reporting skills, experience with ticketing systems, and top-notch communication skills.
The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for designing and preparing test cases, keeping the QC process and documentation up to date, and coordinating work between the Barcelona development team and external QC teams.
They will also produce build/release notes and other core QC documentation for external consumption, act as a key point of contact for external QC teams, and ensure that platform holder requirements are met.
The successful candidate will have a proactive attitude, be able to identify issues and provide solutions, and have a good command of spoken and written English.
They will also have a bachelor's degree in any Video Games related field and passion for games and some knowledge of the mobile F2P gaming industry.
