Your mission is to build better value propositions and develop business growth opportunities through a deep understanding of consumers and shoppers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and define business opportunities and market segments
  • Lead comprehensive category and brand audits to deeply understand consumer needs and preferences
  • Develop and execute a robust annual insights plan to strategically guide decision-making processes
  • Fuel creative development through powerful insights that resonate with category & brand audiences
  • Proactively identify and monitor market trends to seize future growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge

About You: To excel in this role, you must possess strong expertise in consumer goods insights and foresight. We believe that it is positive to have:

  • Education: Background in Statistics, Sociology, Economics, Psychology, Market Research, or related disciplines such as Consumer Behavior or Business Analytics
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of client-side experience in insights/market research within consumer goods industries like food & beverages, health care, and/or baby products
  • Languages: Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Demonstrated expertise in mastering research, insights, and analytics methodologies and tools
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of data synthesis, strategic thinking, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
