Job Title: Hotel AdministratorWe are seeking an experienced Hotel Administrator to join our team in Aravaca. As the primary contact for guests, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, you will uphold our high brand and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote a 'guest-first' culture and ensure their expectations are met.
- Manage the office and reception operations, maintaining high customer service levels.
- Provide personalized services by staying updated on local events and attractions.
- Assist with marketing efforts, working with the central Marketing team to achieve strategy goals.
- Manage sales processes, including responding to enquiries and monitoring room availability.
- Coordinate room cleans and reactive maintenance works.
- Support the Systems team with property management system data entry and accuracy.
- Provide out-of-hours support, ensuring issues are escalated according to procedure.
- Deliver on customer satisfaction targets and address complaints promptly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer relationship skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated annual salary for this position is €20,000 gross, based on industry standards and location.
