Quotes, internal purchase requests and work follow up.Events & Meetings: handling of Sales office meetings (Training, Customer, Internal).
Meeting room booking, room/coffee/lunch set up, catering orders, hotel/taxi booking for internal/guests.Admin: handling of miscellaneous admin tasks; office supplies orders, office phone and reception, business cards orders.Job Experience RequiredPrevious experience within a sales administration/customer service position.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Great eye for detail.Ability to multi-taskCapability to work independently and prioritise workloadWillingness to learnFull timePosting Date: 2024-09-09
