About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Airport Representative. As a key member of our airport team, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have a seamless airport experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to our customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their airport journey.
  • Take ownership of customer queries and issues, resolving them promptly and efficiently using our in-house digital systems.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a world-class customer experience.
  • Prepare and deliver essential information to customers, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable airport experience.
  • Be the face of Jet2holidays around the airport, providing a friendly and approachable service to our customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

  • Able to effectively handle a wide range of customer-facing situations
  • Confident in using digital tablets on a daily basis
  • Flexible to work a range of hours, including early starts, late finishes, split shifts, and weekends
  • Living in the destination or willing to source your own accommodation
