Be the Face of Jet2holidays at the Airport

As an Airport Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, welcoming them to the airport and ensuring their journey is smooth and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare and deliver holiday essential information to customers as they arrive for their Jet2holiday.
  • Be the face of Jet2holidays around the airport, promoting our brand and values.
  • Deliver a friendly "have a lovely flight" as our customers prepare to fly home.

Requirements:

  • You will already hold the full right to work documents for the country where this role is based and be living in the destination or willing to source your own accommodation.
  • Working hours will vary each month and will include early starts, late finishes, split shifts, and working weekends.
  • You must be flexible to work a range of hours and receive your roster 3-4 weeks in advance.
  • No previous experience is required, but you will be able to effectively handle a wide range of different customer-facing situations, solve problems, and have a positive and friendly attitude.
