We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Airport Representative. As a key member of our airport team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless airport experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to customers upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression of our brand.
- Take ownership of customer queries and issues, resolving them promptly and efficiently using our in-house digital systems.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Prepare and deliver essential information to customers as they arrive for their holiday, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable journey.
- Deliver a friendly farewell to customers as they depart, wishing them a lovely flight.

Requirements
- You will already hold the full right to work documents for the country where this role is based and be living in the destination or willing to source your own accommodation.
- You must be flexible to work a range of hours, including early starts, late finishes, split shifts, and working weekends.
- You will receive your roster 3-4 weeks in advance.
- No previous experience is required, but you must be able to effectively handle a wide range of customer-facing situations, solve problems, and have a positive and friendly attitude.
- You must also be confident in using digital tablets on a daily basis.
