HP 3D EMEA Category Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to join our HP 3D Printing business team in EMEA. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability by developing and executing category plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing sales data to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Category Planning: Collaborate with the management team to define and execute category business plans, aligning strategies with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams.
  • Sales Analytics: Utilize advanced sales analytics tools to derive actionable insights from sales data, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth external market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences within the category, using insights to inform sales approaches.
  • Customer Engagement: Gather understanding of product categories, business management, and sales challenges/strategies, and translate them into actionable insights to enhance future deliverables.
  • Relationship Building: Communicate and build relationships with individuals at various levels within the sales team.
