Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Excellence Manager to join our team at Veepee. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing our sourcing organization in the Spanish market, developing strategy guidelines for offer quality, best-in-class sourcing processes and tools, and ensuring an efficient organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in project management and a proven track record of driving business results. You will be responsible for rolling out global sourcing projects in countries, supporting business managers, key account managers, and sales analysts in optimizing their campaigns, and identifying local sourcing needs.

As a Sourcing Excellence Manager, you will be the connection and point of reference for both local and global teams, working to improve and implement methodologies, processes, and tooling in the country. You will be responsible for coordinating, delivering, and continuously improving Veepee's business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure continuous listening and sharing with sourcing teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop close relationships with country managers and local top management to define local action plans for global initiatives.
  • Transform key feedback into valuable insights for future implementation and roadmaps.
  • Define business requirements and needs to be addressed via projects.
  • Prioritize business needs and build business cases.
  • Benchmark internal and external state-of-the-art solutions.
  • Organize and prioritize project planning, set up and animate project governance routines, and monitor project realization KPIs.
  • Contribute to building and performing training plans and materials.
  • Support levels and SLAs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing or consulting, with high exposure to project management.
  • Strong business acumen around sourcing excellence.
  • A positive problem-solving attitude and a drive for results.
  • Proactive, organized, and autonomous, able to move things forward.
  • Comfortable communication skills, able to collaborate and influence others.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
