Job Description

Role Overview

The Sourcing Excellence Manager will be responsible for driving sourcing excellence across the organization, focusing on optimizing sourcing processes, improving offer quality, and implementing best-in-class tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sourcing plan to improve sourcing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities
  • Design and implement sourcing processes and tools to improve offer quality and reduce costs
  • Provide training and support to sourcing teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute sourcing strategies
  • Monitor and report on sourcing performance metrics to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or consulting with a focus on project management
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sourcing excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and derive business insights
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
