Job Title: Excellence Sourcing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Excellence Sourcing Manager to join our team at Veepee. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the sourcing organization in the Spain market, implementing global sourcing projects, and improving methodologies, processes, and tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve offer quality, sourcing processes, and organization efficiency.
  • Roll out global sourcing projects in countries, supporting business managers, key account managers, and sales analysts.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to improve and implement methodologies, processes, and tooling.
  • Coordinate, deliver, and continuously improve Veepee's business strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sourcing excellence.
  • Positive problem-solving attitude and drive for results.
  • Proactive, organized, and autonomous, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
