Job Description

The Sourcing Excellence Manager will be responsible for optimizing the sourcing organization in the Spanish market, developing strategy guidelines on offer quality, best-in-class sourcing processes and tools, and an efficient organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Rolling out global sourcing projects in countries to support business managers, key account managers, and sales analysts in optimizing their campaigns.
  • Identifying local sourcing needs and collaborating with global teams to improve and implement methodologies, processes, and tooling.
  • Coordinating and delivering Veepee's business strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing or consulting, with high exposure to project management.
  • Strong business acumen around sourcing excellence.
  • Positive problem-solving attitude and drive for results.
  • Proactive, organized, and autonomous, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
