Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Excellence Manager to join our team at Veepee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize the sourcing organization in Spain market with strategy guidelines on offer quality, best in class sourcing processes and tools, and an efficient organization.
  • Roll out all Global Sourcing projects in the countries, to support Business Managers, Key Account Managers and Sale Analyst on how to optimize their campaigns, both at a qualitative and efficient way.
  • Coordinate, deliver and continuously improve Veepee's Business strategies.
Requirements
  • 5 years+ of professional experience in a Sales & Marketing department, or in Consulting, with high exposition to project management.
  • Strong Business Acumen around sourcing excellence.
  • A positive 'Problem Solver' attitude & a Drive for results.
  • Proactive, organized and autonomous, able to move things forward.
  • Comfortable Communication skills – manage to collaborate & influence others, positively managing the change.
  • Analytical Skills & ability to derive business insights.
  • Proficiency in English & Spanish is a mandatory.
