About the Role

Veepee is seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Sourcing Organization, you will be responsible for optimizing our sourcing organization in Spain, developing strategy guidelines on offer quality, best-in-class sourcing processes and tools, and ensuring efficient organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to optimize sourcing processes and develop strategy guidelines to improve offer quality and efficiency.
  • Roll out global sourcing projects in countries, supporting Business Managers, Key Account Managers, and Sales Analysts to optimize their campaigns.
  • Develop and implement methodologies, processes, and tooling to improve sourcing excellence.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure seamless project execution and identify local sourcing needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Sales & Marketing or Consulting, with high exposure to project management.
  • Strong business acumen around sourcing excellence.
  • Positive problem-solving attitude and drive for results.
  • Proactive, organized, and autonomous, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
