Sales Strategy and Operations Role

We are looking for a skilled Sales Strategy and Operations professional to join our team at Endeavor.

  • This is a key role in developing and refining sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
  • As a Sales Strategy and Operations professional, you will analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance and revenue growth.
  • You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and maintain sales forecasts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Additionally, you will support the sales team by performing regular team maintenance and keeping a clean and up-to-date representation of the team's territory in our CRM platform.
  • Collaboration is key in this role, so you will work closely with various teams, including Finance, Marketing, and Product, to align strategies, share insights, and drive overall company growth.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, sales strategy, sales operations, or related roles.
  • Experience in data modeling and reporting for large amounts of data in a sustainable and replicable way.
  • Experience in building strong relationships with non-analytical stakeholders.
