Til dette rolle søger vi en kundeservice medarbejder, der kan tage imod indgående kundekontakter og løse brugernes behov. Du vil være ansvarlig for at logge opkaldsoplysninger, give svar og løsninger inden for SLA, og sikre, at den kontraktlige SLA opretholdes.

Forudsætninger
  • Du er dygtig eller tosproget på dansk og taler flydende engelsk.
  • Du har 1 års erhvervserfaring inden for kundeservice.
  • Du har kendskab til IT-platform, udstyr og systemer: Windows/MS Office/ internetkonfiguration.
  • Du har en god disposition til at arbejde i et kundeservicemiljø.
Fordele
  • Fuldtid 39 timer/uge fast kontrakt: Mandag til fredag, fra 08:00 til 17:00.
  • Løn 21 700 euro brutto/år + op til 2000 euro brutto/år i bonus.
  • Central beliggenhed i Barcelona.
