Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a German speaker with exceptional English skills, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a professional and skilled manner.
  2. Analyze customer problems and offer individual solutions that meet their needs.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of New Balance products and services.
  4. Act as a brand ambassador and embody the company's values.
Requirements
  1. Fluent German language skills with exceptional grammar and spelling abilities.
  2. High level of English language proficiency (written and spoken).
  3. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  4. Ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy.
  5. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  6. Professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
What We Offer
  1. Temporary contract with a 3-month probation period.
  2. Full-time position (39 hours/week).
  3. Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM working hours.
  4. Salary: €19,400.00 gross per year.

  8. Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days per month at the office.
