Tech Business Development Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated Tech Business Development Manager to join our sales team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the growth of our AI-powered platform, NOA, by negotiating and closing deals with clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Closing Deals: Develop and execute sales strategies to close high-value deals with clients.
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team (AI Sales Executive and AI SDR) to achieve sales targets.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement comprehensive sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience selling tech solutions within the SaaS or AI industry. A degree in Business or related fields is required. You should have exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as fluency in Spanish.
