Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from existing and potential Dyson customers
  • Assist with enquiries and provide solutions to customers experiencing difficulties with their order or device
  • Use leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to guide clients in solving issues with their machines
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell Dyson products to customers
  • Act as a Dyson Ambassador, educating customers on Dyson Technology and demonstrating a full understanding of Dyson's products and brand values
Requirements
  • Fluent level of written and spoken Spanish
  • Good level of English to communicate with our international team
  • Eligibility to work in Spain
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good computer skills and experience with MS Office
  • Solution-oriented and able to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer
  • Well-organised and able to prioritise workload with the ability to work under pressure
What We Offer
  • Starting salary of 19,000€ gross per year
  • Full-time contract with rotating schedule (Monday-Sunday, 8am-8pm, 5 days/week)
