About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Spanish language customer service representative to join our team at Dyson. As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing and potential Dyson customers, assisting with enquiries and resolving issues with their orders or devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to guide clients in solving issues with their machines.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell Dyson products to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a high-quality customer experience.
Requirements
  • Fluent written and spoken Spanish language skills.
  • Good level of English to communicate with our international team.
  • Eligibility to work in Spain.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
  • Solution-oriented and able to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of 19,000€ gross per year.
  • Full-time contract with a rotating schedule (Monday - Sunday, 8 am - 8 pm, 5 days/week).
