Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to guide clients in solving issues with their machines.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell Dyson products to customers, promoting our innovative and stylish products.
- Act as a Dyson Ambassador, educating customers on Dyson Technology and demonstrating a full understanding of our products and brand values.
- Fluent written and spoken Swedish.
- Good level of English to communicate with our international team.
- Eligibility to work in Spain.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a high-quality experience for customers.
- Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
- Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a focus on providing the best outcome for the customer.
- Competitive salary of 25,000€ gross per year.
- Full-time contract with a rotating schedule (39 hours per week).
