About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Dyson customer care team as a Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the Dyson brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from existing and potential Dyson customers, assisting with enquiries and resolving issues related to their orders or devices.
  • Utilize leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to guide clients in solving problems with their machines.
  • In some cases, arrange for a technician visit or send additional/spare parts directly to the clients.
  • Identify opportunities to promote new and exciting Dyson products to clients, as well as existing products (cross-selling and up-selling).
  • Act as a Dyson Ambassador by educating customers on Dyson Technology, demonstrating a thorough understanding of Dyson's products and brand values.
Requirements
  • Fluent written and spoken Finnish.
  • Good level of English to communicate with our international team.
  • Eligibility to work in Spain.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high-quality experience regardless of the communication channel.
  • Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
  • Solution-oriented approach to provide the best outcome for the customer.
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize workload, with the ability to work under pressure.
What We Offer
  • Starting date: 28th of October 2024.
  • Temporary contract.
  • Salary: 25,000€ gross per year.
  • Full-time position (39 hours per week) with a rotating schedule.
