Customer Service Agent - Dyson

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent French-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our vibrant Dyson customer care team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing and potential Dyson customers, assisting with enquiries and resolving issues with their orders or devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to guide clients in solving issues with their machines.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell Dyson products to customers.
  • Act as a Dyson Ambassador, educating customers on Dyson Technology and demonstrating a full understanding of Dyson's products and brand values.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A fluent level of written and spoken French.
  • A good level of English to communicate with our international team.
  • Eligibility to work in Spain.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high-quality experience for customers.
  • Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
  • Solution-oriented, with the ability to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer.
  • Well-organised and able to prioritise workload with the ability to work under pressure.
