Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Engineer to join our team at Sage Lake Senior Living. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our engineering software clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for engineering software clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Manage and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance and security
  • Install and configure engineering software, and provide end-user support
  • Collaborate with the day-to-day operations of the IT Unit, providing support and expertise as needed
  • Provide user support for other IT technologies, as required

Requirements

  • University degree in computer science or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in performing tasks covering technical areas, including engineering software, Microsoft Windows technologies, hardware, and network administration
  • Deep knowledge of technical areas, including Microsoft Windows technologies, hardware, and network administration
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with client representatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of administration and support of engineering software, including CATIA, ANSYS, MATLAB, and Python
  • Skills in technical data management, administration, and support of a PDM/PLM system
  • Linux administration
  • HPC for numerical analysis
