Senior Support Engineer - Barcelona

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Engineer to join our team in Barcelona. As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in the field of engineering software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients in the field of engineering software
  • Manage and maintain engineering software systems, including configuration, administration, and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Provide training and documentation to clients on the use of engineering software systems
Requirements:
  • University degree in computer science or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in performing tasks covering the technical areas below
  • Experience in an IT environment dealing with engineering software
  • Deep knowledge in the following technical areas: Microsoft Windows technologies, hardware, configuration, administration, and support of workstations, laptops, and other shared resources in a network environment
  • User administration, including aspects related to platform image creation and deployment, maintenance, and updating, security, and confidentiality
