We are seeking a skilled Labor Relations Consultant to join our team in Spain.
Job OverviewThis individual contributor role is responsible for labor relations engagements in Spain and will partner closely with country HR leadership teams, and business leadership, to ensure a healthy and productive labor relations environment.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations and union negotiations within the aligned country.
- Partner with CELA, HR stakeholders, and geo business leadership teams to manage and resolve product inquiries/launches requiring representative engagement.
- Assist/partner with HR Planners and change leaders to implement organizational changes that require labor relations engagements, especially during fiscal year changes.
- Ensure appropriate control, compliance, and tracking of open labor relations issues in partnership with CELA and HR stakeholders at the country level.
- Analyze labor trends, prepare negotiation strategies, and lead collective bargaining agreements.
- Experience in Human Resources with a focus on labor relations or Bachelor's Degree and experience with Human Resources with a focus on Labor Relations.
- Demonstrable experience in leading challenging labor relations negotiations.
- Formal qualifications in associated skills (e.g. mediation and/or conflict resolution) relevant to the region.
