About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Madrid. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Management: Organize and coordinate company and client events, including off-site meetings, executive meetings, afterworks, and end-year parties.
  • Office Administration: Manage the office budget, order supplies, handle travel bookings, and liaise with external suppliers, contractors, and the building manager.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage projects such as office upgrades, facilities improvements, and events, implementing new ideas to enhance the office environment.
  • Client and Visitor Support: Greet clients and visitors professionally, handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, and assist with onboarding new employees.
  • Global Collaboration: Collaborate with international teams to identify and implement innovative global improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional working experience, preferably in office management, event management, or project management.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (hard criteria), with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with a problem-solving mindset under time pressure. Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and hands-on approach.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Outlook and Office programs.
