**Job Summary**

Eurovision Services is seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to join our back-office team in Madrid, Spain. As an Office Manager, you will provide general administrative support to our Madrid team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide administrative support to the Madrid team, including day-to-day business activities and events.
  • Manage facilities and office administration, including front office duties, office supplies, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist with finance administration duties, including registering invoices, creating purchase orders, and following up payments.
  • Develop and implement standard procedures for different office-related workflows.
  • Support the function areas with travel arrangements, logistics, and general business support.
  • Liaise with providers and facilitate internal communication.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
  • Some experience as an Administrative or Office Assistant.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced growing environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • A flexible can-do attitude and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Friendly and approachable attitude.
  • French language knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience or knowledge in the broadcast industry is a plus.
  • Experience working collaboratively with geographically distributed and international teams.
