Real Estate Manager Job Description

We are committed to equal employment opportunities that foster an inclusive environment. At Grifols SA, we are looking for a Real Estate Manager, reporting directly to the company's Director of Real Estate, responsible for managing all properties at both the national and international levels.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the real estate property portfolio, including cost negotiations, contract monitoring, and maintaining up-to-date information in the database.
Negotiate lease contracts and renegotiations.
Identify real estate opportunities.
Foster strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and suppliers.
Oversee the administration and management of real estate assets.
Be responsible for the strategic planning of the property portfolio to ensure company objectives are met.
Optimize space utilization.
Monitor properties across international subsidiaries.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
Specialization or Master's Degree in Real Estate Management will be valued.
5-10 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in Corporate Real Estate or Real Estate Consulting is a plus.
Advanced English level (C1.1 or more).
Advanced German will be highly valued.
Be a proactive and goal-oriented individual with a collaborative mindset.
Be highly organized, capable of multitasking, and provide effective follow-up.
Have availability to travel internationally.
