Unlock Your Potential as a Real Estate Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our dynamic team at Spain Home Luxury. As a Real Estate Sales Professional, you will be responsible for managing the complete process of listing and selling properties in the Valencia area, advising both sellers and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search and list properties in the Valencia area
  • Manage and contact leads, mostly international, as well as generate your own leads, creating your own portfolio of clients
  • Perform market analysis to estimate the value of the property
  • Direct contact both with the owner to advertise their property and with the client to arrange viewings
  • Show properties and follow up with potential buyers
  • Maintain an updated list of available properties and provide feedback after each visit in the CRM
Requirements:
  • Availability to be self-employed (autónomo)
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Real Estate sales
  • Passionate about sales and the Real Estate sector
  • Proactive, dynamic, and able to work in dynamic and flexible environments
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, and preferably also French/Dutch
  • Candidates must have a car and must live in the Valencia area
