About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at HMS Networks AB. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and agents, as well as assisting with product documentation and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers and agents via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Assist with product documentation and training
  • Test and reproduce issues
  • Manage compatibility tools for HVAC solutions
  • Assist sales team with product knowledge
  • Follow up on support cases
  • Setup and maintenance of helpdesk tools
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A technical degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, or similar
  • Fluent level of English and Spanish
  • Solid technical background in field bus technologies and domotics & inmotics technologies
  • Natural ability for communication and customer relationships management
  • Strong documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing technical support
  • Experience with standard protocols for building automation
  • Experience with multi-protocol integrations
  • Experience with programming languages
  • Experience with testing/validation of embedded systems
