Your role as a Customer Service Agent will involve:

Responsibilities:
  • Providing support and direction to customers
  • Responding to inbound calls and coordinating product shipment
  • Taking care of inquiries from customers about the Omnipod-Product

You will be responsible for:

Skills and Qualifications:
  • A native level of German and a good level of English
  • Enthusiasm about medicine and a passion for providing help
  • Knowledge of the value and impact of good customer experience

What we offer:

Working Conditions:
  • Full-time (40h/week) on rotating shifts, including night shifts
  • Salary: €1,230 gross/month (including accommodation) or €1,612 gross/month (excluding accommodation)
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses, airport pick-up, and yearly two-way flight ticket
  • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events
