As a Danish speaking customer service representative at Cross Border Talents, you will be the face of our company, interacting with hospitality clients to provide exceptional support and solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with hospitality clients.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM, Friday: 09:00 AM to 04:30 PM.
