Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT to join our team at Blu Selection in Lisbon. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance via email, phone, and live chat.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist customers with their requests and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Collect and update customer data to ensure accurate records.
  3. Provide product information to customers, including subscription, payment, and technical requirements.
  4. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner.

Requirements

  • Possess EU citizenship or a valid residency card.
  • Have a native level of French and a good level of English.
  • Understand the value and impact of excellent customer experience.
  • Be enthusiastic about new technologies and willing to learn.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A fixed-term contract renewable every year.
  • Full-time employment with 40 hours/week and rotative shifts.
  • Salary conditions: 1040€ gross/month (including free accommodation) or 1240€ gross/month (without accommodation).
  • Relocation package for international candidates, including reimbursement of initial flight expenses, airport pick-up, and yearly two-way flight ticket back to the home country.
