Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to employees on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and changes.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, liaising with the wider HR/Payroll team.
- Process employee documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and leavers' letters, in line with country legislations.
- Support with in-country benefits administration, including meal vouchers, travel cards, and sickness administration.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, including electronic and paper records.
Requirements:
- Fluency in speaking and writing in Spanish, English, and Italian.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service focus, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to build positive working relationships across departments.
